What is so "slanted" about slanted reporting #3

First, what is slanted reporting? No, it's not the format of the article. Slanted reporting typically deals with how biased the media is. When the media is biased, it's easier to distinguish what is factual from what is just an opinion. A few ways slanted reporting can be used is when it comes to politics or even social events, social classes, races, and religions (Quora).

For example, a month ago, there was an article written about how the CNN staff is calling out the network's pro-Israel slant amounts to 'journalistic malpractice' (The Guardian). As many know, in the past few months, there has been news coverage of the ongoing conflict between Israel and the Palestinians who occupy the Gaza Strip. Since then, there have been two sides that people have tended to support. You are either pro-Israel or pro-Palestine. CNN is one of the most popular digital platforms on which many news stories are published and broadcast (CNN Press Room). Since then, CNN has been facing "backlash from its staff." This comes from the Israeli propaganda that has been published, and the perspectives of the Palestinians are being censored (The Guardian).
